Privacy notice
Plain English, no legalese. This notice explains what Tender Ready SA collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to get your data removed. It is written to meet South Africa's POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), and it covers the free tender alerts, the paid subscriptions and both digital products.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you sign up for tender alerts or start a subscription.
- Your province — so we can send you tenders that are actually relevant.
- Your subscription status — plan, whether it's active, and when it renews.
We do not store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by PayFast; we never see the numbers.
Why we use it
- To email you tenders matching your province, which is what you signed up for.
- To run your account and unlock the AI analysis if you subscribe.
- To send you our guides and offers, including the Tender Ready SA toolkit.
- To show you our adverts on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. We do this by giving Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email so it can match you to your account. Meta may not use it for anything except matching you for our ads.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details. We share only with the services needed to run this site:
- PayFast — to take payment.
- Resend — to send the emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting and the database.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — hashed email, only to show you our ads.
Your rights under POPIA
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — and you can object to direct marketing. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing also removes you from our advertising audiences. Email admin@conceptlead.co.za and we'll action it.
Tender data
The tenders themselves are public records published by the National Treasury eTenders system. Nothing about your account is shared with any government body.
